The Chain Bridge Apartment is 1 minute from the river Danube, and from the Chain Bridge ('Lánchíd') - named after the chain of lights illuminating the bridge each night. The Buda Castle is scenicly situated on the other side of the Chain Bridge ('Lánchíd'). The apartment is 1 minute from Vörösmarty Square where Gerbeaud Café, the most famous cake shop of Budapest can be found. Váci Street, the major shopping and pedestrian street of Budapest, also starts at Vörösmarty Square. Deák Ferenc Square, where the major public transport lines meet, is 2 minutes from the apartment. Andrássy Avenue begins at Deák Ferenc Square; this is where you can find the Opera House, most theatres, restaurants, cafés and pubs.
